The six agents

Every agent has one job.
Together they ship books.

Each agent has a single responsibility and does it perfectly. Together they form a complete book production system — from idea to ranked listing on Amazon.

🔎 01

Bookfinder

Market scans every week.

Bookfinder scans Amazon weekly and delivers 3 validated title recommendations with full keyword intelligence — backend keywords, BISAC categories, competitive analysis, revenue estimates. You pick the winner.

  • Weekly cron
  • Keyword chain start
  • Competitive analysis
📖 02

Author

Pipeline orchestrator.

Author turns your approved title into a detailed blueprint with chapter outlines, audience targeting, and tone guides. Manages the entire writing process chapter by chapter, with you approving each one.

  • Blueprint generation
  • Chapter briefs
  • Approval gates
✍️ 03

Bookwriter

Drafts that don't read like AI.

Bookwriter drafts each chapter following strict humanization rules. No AI-sounding prose. No 'delve' or 'tapestry.' Every chapter reads like a skilled human author wrote it.

  • 60+ forbidden phrases
  • Mandatory self-review
  • Genre playbooks
✏️ 04

Editor

Nothing below 7.5/10 passes.

Editor scores every draft on 6 dimensions — Language Quality, Humanization, Genre Compliance, Engagement, Continuity, Structure. Failed chapters go back with specific revision instructions.

  • 6-dimension scoring
  • Hard quality gate
  • Revision loop
🚀 05

Publisher

KDP formatting + metadata done.

Publisher formats your manuscript for KDP and IngramSpark. Builds the complete metadata package — description, keywords, categories, pricing. Produces a cover brief. Runs the pre-upload checklist.

  • KDP + IngramSpark
  • Metadata + BISAC
  • Pre-upload checklist
📣 06

Marketer

Your launch, executed.

Marketer executes your launch — ARC reader recruitment, Amazon Ads campaigns, social media content, email sequences. Then tracks performance at 30, 60, and 90 days with full reports.

  • 12-week launch plan
  • Amazon Ads
  • 30/60/90 day reports

Why this is different

Four reasons indie authors
choose this pipeline.

01

Not just a writing tool

Most AI book tools stop at "generate text." KDP Author Engine covers the full pipeline — market validation, writing, editing, publishing, and marketing. Your book is market-validated before a single word is written.

Market scan → bestseller
02

Anti-AI-detection built in

The humanization engine isn't a final-pass filter. It's embedded in every agent's instructions. Bookwriter self-reviews. Editor scores. Author approves. Three layers of human-quality assurance.

60+ forbidden phrases · Structural detection
03

Keyword intelligence flows downstream

Bookfinder researches keywords once. Author uses them in the blueprint. Publisher uses them in KDP metadata. Marketer uses them in ad campaigns. No one starts from scratch.

Bookfinder → Author → Publisher → Marketer
04

You stay in control

Every chapter requires your approval. Every title requires your sign-off. The agents do the work. You make the decisions. Your books, your name, your revenue.

The roadmap

Same product,
multiple ways to run it.

The pipeline is the product. The OpenClaw edition is the first delivery format. More editions are in development for different audiences and infrastructure preferences.

Live

OpenClaw (current)

What you buy today — six agents installed on your local OpenClaw runtime.

SaaS edition

Hosted, browser-accessible. No CLI required. Run the full pipeline from a web dashboard.

Q4 2026

AaaS — Agent-as-a-Service

REST API + webhook contract for publishing teams to embed the agents into their own workflows.

Planned

Hermes edition

Same product, different agent runtime. For users who prefer Hermes over OpenClaw.

Planned

Standalone download

Fully self-contained binary. No OpenClaw or Hermes dependency. For air-gapped or self-hosted use.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need OpenClaw installed first?

Yes for the current edition. If it's your first time, run the included quickstart.sh script — it installs OpenClaw, configures Discord, registers all 6 agents, and prints your community invite. About 15 minutes end to end. The SaaS edition (Q3 2026) won't require any local install.

What about AI model costs?

You bring your own AI model access — OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Ollama. Costs are usage-based and depend on the model you choose. A typical 60,000-word book runs roughly $5-15 in model costs with mid-tier models. We don't take a cut.

Will the books read like AI?

That's the explicit thing we built against. The humanization engine has 60+ forbidden phrases (no "delve," no "tapestry," no "in today's fast-paced world"), structural-tell detection, mandatory self-review by Bookwriter, and a 6-dimension quality score where Humanization carries the heaviest weight (25%). Nothing publishes if it pattern-matches AI prose.

Can I use this for my own books, or only for clients?

Single User License = your own books, unlimited. Agency License = up to 10 client deployments. Either way, the books are yours — no royalty share, no per-book fees, no ongoing subscription.

What if I don't write in the supported genres?

The bundled playbooks cover 7 genres (health/wellness non-fiction, children's, AI/tech, faith, literary fiction, commercial fiction, self-help/business). For other genres you can customize — every agent's instruction file is editable, the methodology is documented across 7 reference files in the book-author skill.

What if I need help?

Buyers get access to The Integrative Builder Discord — private #kdp-engine-buyers channel, priority support, early access to updates, and a community of indie authors running the same pipeline. Setup-specific questions go in #kdp-setup-help.
